It a chance to "shop with a purpose" at the benefit for the Domestic Violence Crisis Center or DVCC and Fairfield County's Community Foundation.
Nordstrom Night Out is set for Thursday, Oct. 10 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. which is the night before the store's official opening.
Nordstrom is scheduled to open on Friday, Oct. 11 at SoNo Collection Mall in Norwalk.

Those in attendance at the Oct. 10 benefit will have the opportunity to shop the latest fall fashions, sip cocktails and enjoy bites while supporting the two organizations.
“We are grateful for Nordstrom’s support and its commitment to bringing domestic violence out of the shadows. This collaboration is an important step toward raising awareness and helping to build a healthy community within Fairfield County," said Suzanne Adam, executive director of Domestic Crisis Center.
